Good communication about estimated delivery. Chess pieces are really beautiful and real quality pieces. They came in a very nice box and it was a pleasure to unbox it together with my daughter. Will buy again.
FedEx handled the package poorly; the jacket was torn in two places. However, the protection provided by the vendor was excellent, and the chess set's box was nearly mint. The seller communicated with me promptly and shipped the item very quickly after I made the purchase. The chess set is astonishing and of good quality—I love it! I was ready to purchase it on the Maztermind website and couldn’t believe this was real. Insane, thank you!
Wanted to thank this seller so much! First of all GREAT customer service! The seller responded straightway, answered all my questions, was extremely polite and helpfull, advised options for delivery. There was a system error with Etsy, the seller straightaway refunded me the amount that was taken mistakenly. I also added a small message to be included in the parcel, it’s in a different language so I thought it will be copied and pasted. The seller HANDWROTE it 🥹 The delivery was so fast and I got updates on each stage. And the quality of the set is amazing! Truly a custom-made and unique product. The material, the execution. Everything as in the picture. The receiver was so happy and can’t wait to display and play. Thank you so much! Would definitely recommend to buy from this seller! 🤩👍
I have no words! It's been a pleasant buying experience overall. Impeccable customer service, Toan is very responsive and the craftsmanship is remarkable. 10/10 would recommend.
Very beautiful piece! I am delighted
This chess set is absolutely gorgeous, the pieces are light weight, yet feel sturdy and have a nice weight when you set them down. The chessboard its self is beautiful and luxurious being made with leather. I am absolutely thrilled with this chess set and the seller was kind and helpful when I needed assistance with shipping. Thank you Toan and team!
