1. SHIPPING METHOD & CHARGES
When an order is successfully recorded in the system, a tracking number will be provided via email at the time of shipment. Please keep in mind that every order requires signature for confirmation at delivery.
Carrier options may vary based on destination. Please note, we will not deliver to PO Boxes, General Delivery locations, or any other location in which a person cannot sign for the package.
Pricing for shipping depends on your order subtotal, the shipment method you select, and real-time courier rates; please check the shipping rate during the checkout process.
2. DELIVERY TIME
For international shipping, your order will arrive within 5 - 8 business days after we've processed and shipped your order.
The estimated delivery time begins once your order is packaged and handed off to the appropriate carrier. We do not guarantee that any order placed will arrive by a specific date. We only believe that it will arrive within the stated transit time listed during checkout once it is packaged and handed to the mail carrier.
Due to the large influx of orders during the November-December shipping season, it can take up to 2-4 business days to process, package, and ship your orders. Please take this into account when placing your order and allow plenty of time to receive your package before the date you actually need it.

Due to the challenges posed by the pandemic, we are temporarily experiencing longer than normal shipping delays. We appreciate your patience as we work with our carrier to get your package to you as quickly and safely as possible.
3. UNEXPECTED ISSUES
DELAYED DELIVERY TIME
Most packages arrive on time. However, if your orders show up late, please check the tracking number and email us your order confirmation number.
RECEIVED WRONG ITEM
While we try our best to pack every order correctly, mistakes can happen. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us with an image of the item received and your order number.
Any damage claims made on an order must be submitted via email to email@example.com within 30 days of receiving the package. Please include your order number and pictures of the damaged items and packaging. Any claims made after 30 days from receiving the product will not be considered for reimbursement or replacement.
To exchange the wrong item, we will kindly request you to ship the product to the address. The shipping expense will be on Maztermind, and we will deliver the new item to you from Vietnam within 07 business days from the date we get back the wrong item.

LOST/ STOLEN PACKAGE
Once orders have left our warehouse, Maztermind cannot be held accountable for lost or stolen packages. If you’re having trouble tracking down a shipment, you’ll need to contact your local post office and/or parcel carrier for assistance.
WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS
While we try our best to send every order correctly, mistakes can happen. If your package hasn't arrived at the estimated date, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order confirmation number. We will deliver the new item to you within 07 business days from the date we received your email.
The customer is responsible for any additional charges on non-claim, incorrect address, undeliverable address that you updated. If the order does not make it to your destination due to the error in address, Maztermind is not responsible for a replacement to be mailed. Also, do not have your package mailed to an address if the address is temporary. In some cases, packages may take several weeks to arrive. If you vacate the delivery address before receiving the package, we are not responsible for any fees to receive the package again or for a replacement to be mailed out.
IMPORT TAXES, FEES, AND CUSTOMS DUTIES
Please note that any duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the client’s responsibility. Maztermind is not responsible for customs fees incurred from imported goods. We work hard to keep our shipping rates reasonable while ensuring your items are delivered most efficiently and reliably possible -- we appreciate your understanding.
In rare cases, the amount paid for shipping may not be enough for the requested service. In those instances, we will do our best to let you know that a different shipping method may be required or additional fees needed to ship by the selected method. We reserve the right to change the shipping method for any reason.
