Shipping Policy


Delivery Time:

Expect your international order to arrive within 4 - 12 business days after we get it. We will email you if there are any changes. Make sure to check your email inbox. During busy times, like holidays, it might take a bit longer to process and ship your order. Plan ahead to get your package on time.

Where We Ship:

We ship worldwide, except to places in conflict or where carriers will not deliver. If you are unsure, ask our Customer Service for support.

Import Taxes and Fees:

You are responsible for any taxes in the destination country. We are not in charge of customs fees. We try to keep shipping costs reasonable while making sure your product gets to you. If shipping fees unexpectedly go up, we will check with you before sending your order with an extra charge. Kindly note that we reserve the right to modify this policy for any reason.



While we make every effort to ensure accurate order fulfillment, we acknowledge that errors may occur. In case you received a wrong item, please kindly contact us at and provide a picture of the item received and your order number.

If something is damaged, tell us within 30 days of getting it. Email with your order number and pics of the wrong item and packaging. Any claims made after 30 days from receiving the product will not be available for return, refund or exchange.

Should you need to exchange the incorrect item, please get in touch with us for further details. Maztermind will cover the shipping expenses. Once we have successfully received your item, the new order will be promptly shipped to you within 4-12 business days. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in resolving this matter.



We do our best to get your order right, but sometimes mistakes happen. If your package does not show up at the right address because of our mistake, email us at with your order number. We will send the correct item to you within 4-12 business days without any extra delivery charges.

The customer is responsible for any additional charges on non-claim, incorrect addresses, or undeliverable addresses that you provided or updated. If the order does not make it to your destination due to the error in address, Maztermind is not responsible for a replacement to be mailed. Also, do not have your package mailed to an address if the address is temporary. In some cases, packages may take several weeks to arrive. If you vacate the delivery address before receiving the package, we are not responsible for any fees to receive the package again or for a replacement to be mailed out.



If you are unable to locate your package and suspect it may be lost or stolen, start by contacting your local post office, the receptionist, or the parcel carrier for assistance.

In case, your efforts prove unsuccessful, please promptly inform us by emailing This allows our Customer Service Department to assist you in filing a claim and arranging for a replacement package.

It is important to note that Maztermind reserves the right to deny assistance or responsibility for lost claims reported more than 30 days after the delivery date or in cases where the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
