This is a beautifully crafted chess set. I love the brass feet! It came gift wrapped in a box and very well protected with bubble wrap so no damages occurred. I am very happy with this purchase!
The chess set was packaged for shipment extremely well and with great care. The set itself comes in a lovely box with a bow and is absolutely gorgeous. While this was shipped from Vietnam, shipping via Fed Ex was extremely fast. This set is not inexpensive by any means, but to me the quality, design and beauty makes it worth the investment. Very happy customer!
This chess set is stunning. The warm wood is a beautiful contrast to the cool sophistication of the chess pieces. The elegant curves of the knights, and the brass accents on the king, queen, and bishops caught my eye at first, but the chess board is equally well-designed. It arrived gift-wrapped. Each step in opening the set provided its own delight. Love it! Thank you.
This chess set is an absolute masterpiece! I couldn’t be more thrilled with my purchase! The craftsmanship is absolutely exquisite—both the board and the pieces are beautifully designed with incredible attention to detail. It’s truly a work of art. What made this experience even better was the seller’s outstanding communication. He went above and beyond to accommodate all my requests, ensuring everything was perfect. Despite being shipped from halfway around the world, it arrived in just a few days, securely packaged in luxurious packaging that added to the premium feel of the set. This set is worth every penny, and I cannot recommend it enough!
love it! quality amazing better then what i expected
This chess set is as beautiful and beautifully crafted as I hoped it would be. It arrived quickly and well packaged. I really can't stress enough the quality and craftsmanship. I am very happy with it. One of my extra pieces was damaged in some sort of shipping accident that clearly was "not" the sellers fault. The seller was very responsive and helpful in sorting this out. highly recommended.
I would leave 6 stars if I could. I have been buying from The Craft Houses a few times already and it has been a wonderful experience. Everything is top notch from the customer service, to the products themselves. This is my third chess game purchase and they are all equally excellent.
Love it! Perfect gift for my son's graduation.
An absolute work of art!! Unbelievable quality. The pieces are weighty and gorgeous; the board is so well crafted and I’m obsessed with the brass feet. I don’t know how in the world was shipped across the world in 2 days but it arrived so quickly. Presentation and unboxing was a luxury experience. I watched this chess set for about 6 months, not wanting to spend the money, but it is worth every penny- would 100% buy again. It’s already become a favorite family past time and my kids are loving it as much as my husband and I are.
This chess game is very well made and in great presentation. This chess was purchased for a clubroom at an apartment complex property. It will be located as a decorative piece at a coffee table. Very pleased with the game!! excelent quality and customer service!
Not only is the chess set itself of amazing quality, but the customer service is even better. Cannot express how great of an experience it was working with the seller and made for an amazing gift for my husband.
Customer service was exceptional. Our family is already enjoying the chess set!
