I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. The quality of the item is very poor and does not match the price at all. For such a high price, I expected much better materials and craftsmanship. It feels cheap and not worth the money.
What makes the experience even worse is the customer service. I contacted them regarding a return, but they never responded to my request. It is very frustrating to spend this much and receive no support afterward.
I would not recommend this product or this company. Poor quality, overpriced, and terrible customer service.
Nice craftsmanship, great overall. However the color of the wood icons needs to be a little bit more distinguished (it‘s confusing between the blue and green icons when playing under deemed light. The game rules is lacking, it doesn’t make sense If someone played first time and didn’t know the original rules of monopoly. And seriously, considering the price of the set, should just put a physically printed rule paper in the box!
This chess set was a gift for my daughter, because she and her husband play chess every dsy, and she absolutely loves it
