Return, Refund & Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please notify us within 30 days of receiving your package. Send an email to email@example.com, including your order confirmation number and images of the product(s).
Claims made after the 30-day period will not be considered for reimbursement or replacement. Please adhere to the following standard return policies:
- Include your order number and provide images of damaged items and packaging.
- Personalized or customized items (e.g., engraving) are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Ensure all items are returned in an unused (saleable) condition, in their original packaging, along with your order number and contact details to facilitate a full refund or exchange.
- Only items purchased directly from our website or authorized retailers are eligible for return or exchange.

For cases where the product is faulty due to manufacturing issues: Upon receiving the customer's complete package, we will initiate the refund process, which typically takes 10–15 business days. Depending on your bank's processing time, it may take an additional 15 business days after processing the return for the refund to appear in your account.
For cases where the product is not faulty/damaged and the customer wishes to return it: We hope you enjoy your purchase, but if not, we are happy to refund your money. The refund process also takes 10–15 business days. Please note that a 30% restocking fee applies, meaning we will reimburse you 70% of the order value based on the valid payment invoice. Similar to faulty product returns, it may take up to 15 business days after processing the return for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.
We hope you love your order, but in case you do not, we are willing to offer a replacement in the event of an error with our product. Please refer to the 'Conditions' section for more details on eligible and ineligible exchange cases. Exchanges can only be made for products of equal or higher value (additional fees may apply for the price difference). We do not offer refunds if customers wish to exchange for a lower-priced item.
